Service Policies

Dispenser Problems:
Most dispenser problems can be solved over the phone by Gehl's Customer Service representatives. Please call us at (800) 521-2873, or contact us online.

When contacting Gehl's, please provide the serial number from he back of the dispenser (it begins with the letters HT2- ).

3 Year Parts and Service Warranty:
Parts:
Removable parts are furnished free to dispenser lessees for the first three years, and can be ordered here. All parts are shipped via UPS Ground, which can take up to five business days for delivery.

Service:
The repair of heaters, fans and cracked plastic is handled as follows:

0-12 months of lease
Gehl's has the option of sending a replacement dispenser, or arranging UPS pick up of the damaged dispenser, repairing it, and returning it free of charge.

13 months -3 Years
Gehl's will arrange a UPS pick up of the dispenser. The dispenser will then be repaired and returned COD, for a fee of $40.00 to cover the shipping and handling, (parts & servicing remain free of charge). Gehl's may elect to send a replacement dispenser of similar age at our discretion.

3 Years +
These dispensers are no longer repaired. Customers may contact Gehl's by phone to arrange for a discounted lease on a replacement dispenser.
