How To Enter:  There are two (2) ways to enter the Gehl’s^® Ooey-Gooey Sweepstakes: online or by mail.  No other method of entry will be accepted.  By entering to receive your free Gehl's merchandising, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing; Limit one (1) entry per person per business, or e-mail address for the Grand Prize Drawing, regardless of method of entry.

By mail: To enter the Grand Prize Drawing by mail, please complete the Gehl’s Rebrand Order Form including materials needed, contact name, business name, address (including city, state and zip code), daytime telephone number (including area codes) and e-mail address and mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to:  Gehl’s Ooey-Gooey Sweepstakes, PO Box 1004, Germantown, WI 53022. Mail-in entries for the Grand Prize Drawing must be postmarked by 3/3/17 and received by 3/15/17 to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing.

All mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned.  The Sponsor, Gehl Foods, LLC, will use e-mail addresses provided via the mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s provision of this information. 

Online: Enter online for the Grand Prize Drawing by visiting https://www.gehls.com/Dispensers/POS.htm in order to access the online entry/order form for the Sweepstakes.  All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with Gehl Foods, LLC privacy policy.  Online entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such e-mails. Online entries must be received by March 15, 2017.  Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. The Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for printing errors or for stolen, lost, misplaced, late, illegible, altered, forged, defective, inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, garbled, delayed, postage due, misdirected entries, e-mail or mail.  Proof of e-mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

Eligibility:  The Sweepstakes is open only to current legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of entry.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (including their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife), and those living in the same household of the foregoing, whether or not related) of Gehl Foods, LLC. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. 

PROMOTIONAL Period: The Promotional Period begins at 10:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 1/15/2017 and ends at 4:59:59 p.m. ET on 3/15/17 (the “Promotional Period”).

Prizes: 

• Fifty (50) No-Fee Gehl’s 2.0 Dispensers: Winners will receive a prepaid lease for a Gehl’s 2.0 dispenser at no cost to the recipient.  Dispenser has an average leased value of $249.00. 
• Thirty Five (35)  Free Gehl’s Cheese for a Year Prizes: Winners will each receive a one year supply of free Gehl’s Cheese Sauce (maximum 15 free cases).   Cheese sauce flavor and preferred dispenser package can be picked out from the products page at www.gehls.com.  The estimated ARV of one year, or 15 cases, of free cheese sauce is $475.00.  Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of Free Gehl’s Cheese Prize will not be awarded.
• Fifteen (15)  Free Gehl’s Chips for a Year Prizes: Winners will each receive a year’s free supply of Gehl’s Tortilla Chips (maximum 15 free cases)  Choice of free chips can be picked out from the products page at www.gehls.com.  The estimated ARV of one year, or 15 cases, of free cheese sauce $350.00.  Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of Free Gehl’s Tortilla Chips Prize will not be awarded.
• One Hundred (100) Grand Prize "Gehl's Nachos" Illuminated Window Sign: Winners will receive a Gehl Nachos Animated Window Light Sign.  Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $155.

All prize details are at the sole discretion of Gehl Foods, LLC  (“Administrator”) and/or Sponsor, as applicable.  Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed in these Official Rules.  All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, including but not limited to electricity, packaging, and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.  The Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed.  All applicable federal, state and local taxes

DRAWINGS AND PRIZE NOTIFICATION:  The potential Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 3/21/2017 (the “Grand Prize Drawing”) from among all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Drawings will be conducted by Gehl Foods, LLC, the selection of winners are final. Each potential winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone and/or mail (in the sole discretion of Gehl Foods, LLC). In the event that any potential winner does not respond to any such prize notification within five (5) days of the date of issuance a disqualification and prize forfeiture will result and, at Gehl Foods, LLC sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.  Limit one (1) Prize per person, or business.
The Grand Prize Winner and other Prize Winners, by acceptance of a prize, grants to Sponsor, Gehl Foods, LLC and each of their respective designees the right to use and/or publicize such winner’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, statements, voice and/or other likeness and prize information in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

Indemnification: By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Gehl Foods, LLC,  distributors, dealers, retailers, professional advisors, representatives and advertising and promotion and public relation agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, losses, promises, causes of action and liabilities, injuries or damages of any kind, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the preparation for, or participation in, this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

GENERAL: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Participants are responsible for all costs or charges involved in accessing the World Wide Web and warrant that the cost of accessing the Internet, if any, is part of a larger agreement with an Internet Service Provider or some other means, and that the cost of this access and/or the time spent, if any, to configure their web-site is not an incremental cost in order to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for individuals who cannot access the Internet or cannot click-through for any period of time regardless of technical, hardware, software, telephone, Internet, virus contamination, or network problems, or delay, failure or malfunction for any reason. All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant.  In case of multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address or business, only the first entry received from such person or e-mail address or business will be considered.  In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules.  The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

LAW: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in Germantown, in the State of Wisconsin.
