312 Urban Wheat Ale Beer Cheese Dip

Use Gehl's Supreme Cheddar (G03306) to create this incrediby easy-to-make and popular appetizer. Serve with hard or soft pretzels, crusty french bread, or kettle chips for dipping. This easy smokey cheese dip makes a fantastic side.

Ingredients

106 oz Supreme Cheddar cheese sauce
12 oz 312 Urban Wheat Ale
2 cups Chopped bacon
1 cup Chopped green onion, for garnish
 

Directions

  1. Heat supreme cheddar cheese according to directions.
  2. Add 12 oz of 312 urban wheat beer.
  3. Add 2 cups of cooked chopped bacon.
  4. Mix so all ingredients are incorporated.
  5. Portion into serving vessel and garnish with green onions
