Queso Blanco Flatbread with Proscuitto & Pear

A savory flatbread that's wonderful as a side or a main.

Ingredients

  • 46oz Queso Blanco Cheese sauce
  • 1 Flatbread
  • 3oz Sliced pears
  • Slices of proscuitto
  • 2oz Arugula
  • 1oz Crumbled gorgonzola cheese

Directions

  1. Place your flat bread on half sheet tray.
  2. Ladle the queso blanco sauce on the flatbread.
  3. Top the flatbread with the remaining ingredients except for the Arugula and balsamic reduction.
  4. Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 6-8 minutes.
  5. Once the flatbread is out of the oven cover with Arugula and garnish
  6. with Balsamic reduction. Cut and serve.
