Bacon Jalapeno Poppers

These crispy, spicy poppers are addicting and delicious! This recipe doubles (or triples) easily for larger gatherings and is perfect for entertaining.

Bacon Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients:

2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1/3 cup Gehl’s Premium Jalapeno Cheese Sauce

4 jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded

8 slices bacon

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

2. Combine Cheddar with cheese sauce. Spoon evenly into jalapeno halves. Wrap bacon slice around each jalapeno half to enclose filling. Secure with toothpick.

3. Arrange on prepared pan. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until bacon is crispy, jalapenos are tender and cheese filling is melted.
