Garden Vegetable Flatbread
Packed with veggies, this flatbread can be served for any occasion. And for the meat lovers – chicken, sausage or bacon can be added easily as a topping.

Preheat oven to 500°F. On lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough to about 1/4-inch thickness. Transfer to parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Spread with Cheddar Cheese Sauce; top with peppers, onion, zucchini and cherry tomatoes.
Bake on lowest rack of oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Top with arugula before serving.
