White Cheddar and Beef Quesadilla
An easy-to-prepare quesadilla filled with creamy Gehl’s White Cheddar Cheese Sauce and burrito-style fillings. Serve with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

Heat 1 teaspoon of the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brown each tortilla. While tortillas are browning, combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl - excluding 1/2 cup Gehl's Supreme White Cheddar Cheese Sauce.
When tortillas are slightly crisped, lay one flat on serving plate and cover entirely with meat mixture and 1/3 Cup of cheese sauce; add the second tortilla on top of the first.
Cut quesadilla into wedges, top slices with remaining White Cheddar Sauce. Serve immediately with salsa, guacamole and/or sour cream.
