Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese

Prepared with Queso Blanco and spiced with Buffalo hot sauce, this ooey-gooey mac ‘n’ cheese is baked until golden brown and bubbly.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Queso Blanco cheese sauce
  • 4 lbs Cooked macaroni noodles
  • 2 lbs Cooked diced or pulled chicken
  • 3 cups Buffalo sauce
  • 4 cups Chopped cooked bacon
  • Crumbled blue cheese, for garnish
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish 

Directions

  1. In stock pot with boiling salted water cook your macaroni noodles till al dente. 2.
  2. Heat queso blanco cheese sauce according to directions.
  3. Add your buffalo sauce to the warmed queso blanco sauce and incorporate thoroughly.
  4. In large lexan mix your buffalo cheese mixture, chicken, chopped bacon and macaroni noodles until all ingredients are incorporated evenly.
  5. Garnish with crumbled blue cheese and sliced green onions.
