Ingredients

1 cup Gehl’s Premium Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce
4 tsp butter, at room temperature
4 everything bagels, split and toasted
8 slices bacon, cooked
8 poached eggs
2 tbsp finely chopped chives

Directions

In microwave-safe bowl, microwave sauce on High for 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat until warm (do not boil).
Spread butter over bagels. Top each bagel half with bacon; place poached eggs on top. Spoon cheese sauce over top. Sprinkle with chives.
