Garden Vegetable Flatbread

Packed with veggies, this flatbread can be served for any occasion. And for the meat lovers – chicken, sausage or bacon can be added easily as a topping.

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup Gehl’s Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • 1/2 each red and green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup baby arugula 


  1. Preheat oven to 500°F. On lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough to about 1/4-inch thickness. Transfer to parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Spread with Cheddar Cheese Sauce; top with peppers, onion, zucchini and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Bake on lowest rack of oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Top with arugula before serving.
