Shallot Chardonnay Fondue

Ingredients

  • 140oz Supreme White Cheddar sauce
  • 5 Large shallots small diced
  • 1/2 Bottle Chardonnay
  • 12 Green grapes for dipping
  • 1 Cup Large cubed lightly toasted
  • French baguette
  • Finely chopped chives

Directions

  1. In Large sauce pot, on medium heat add 3oz of olive oil let it get hot, add in your diced shallots. Cook on medium heat until translucent.
  2. Add in Chardonnay to the shallots. Bring to a light simmer.
  3. Add your supreme white cheddar sauce to the mixture. Bring to simmer stirring frequently to avoid any scorching with a rubber spatula.
  4. On your serving vessel place grapes, and toasted baguette cubes.
  5. In small cassoulet serving dish ladle 4 oz of the shallot fondue and garnish with chopped chives.
