Ingredients
- 140oz Supreme White Cheddar sauce
- 5 Large shallots small diced
- 1/2 Bottle Chardonnay
- 12 Green grapes for dipping
- 1 Cup Large cubed lightly toasted
- French baguette
- Finely chopped chives
Directions
- In Large sauce pot, on medium heat add 3oz of olive oil let it get hot, add in your diced shallots. Cook on medium heat until translucent.
- Add in Chardonnay to the shallots. Bring to a light simmer.
- Add your supreme white cheddar sauce to the mixture. Bring to simmer stirring frequently to avoid any scorching with a rubber spatula.
- On your serving vessel place grapes, and toasted baguette cubes.
- In small cassoulet serving dish ladle 4 oz of the shallot fondue and garnish with chopped chives.
