Spinach and Artichoke White Cheddar Pizza

This take on a classic pub dip makes a tasty vegetarian pizza that the whole family will love.

  • 1/2 cup small broccoli florets, blanched
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 lb prepared pizza dough
  • 1 cup Gehl’s Supreme White Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • 2/3 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup firmly packed baby spinach
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp finely sliced fresh basil
  • Pinch red chili flakes


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease 14-inch round pizza pan; set aside. Toss together broccoli, olive oil and salt; set aside.
  2. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out dough into 1/4-inch thickness to fit prepared pan.
  3. Spread cheese sauce over dough, leaving 1/2-inch border for crust.  Scatter Asiago, spinach, broccoli, artichoke hearts and mozzarella over top.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden and crisp. Sprinkle with basil and red chili flakes.
