Directions
- In large mixing bowl put entire bag of chocolate pudding.
- Add your peanut butter sauce and incorporate thoroughly.
- Add your Cool Whip or whipped cream and fold to incorporate.
- Put that mixture in to disposable pipping bag.
- In serving vessel place crushed chocolate cookies or pie crust on the bottom.
- Pipe the chocolate peanut butter mixture on top, then repeat.
- Place them in the cooler for at least 2 hours to help set up.
- Garnish with crushed Butterfinger pieces before service.
Chef tips: Refrigerate the portioned parfait cups for 2 hours minimum before serving. It helps set the parfait. You can use Cool Whip or whip your own heavy whipping cream to fold into this.
