Chocolate Peanut Butterfinger Parfait

A delicious chocolately dessert that's a perfect treat

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Chocolate pudding
  • 1-1/2 Cups Reese’s peanut butter sauce
  • 32oz Cool Whip or whipped cream to be folded into the pudding
  • 4oz Crushed chocolate pie crusts, or Oreos without the filling
  • Crushed Butterfinger pieces, for garnish

Directions

  1. In large mixing bowl put entire bag of chocolate pudding.
  2. Add your peanut butter sauce and incorporate thoroughly.
  3. Add your Cool Whip or whipped cream and fold to incorporate.
  4. Put that mixture in to disposable pipping bag.
  5. In serving vessel place crushed chocolate cookies or pie crust on the bottom.
  6. Pipe the chocolate peanut butter mixture on top, then repeat.
  7. Place them in the cooler for at least 2 hours to help set up.
  8. Garnish with crushed Butterfinger pieces before service.

Chef tips: Refrigerate the portioned parfait cups for 2 hours minimum before serving. It helps set the parfait. You can use Cool Whip or whip your own heavy whipping cream to fold into this.
