Key Lime Pie Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Vanilla pudding
  • 1 Cup Key Lime juice
  • 25 Graham Crackers crushed
  • 25 Sliced limes for garnish
  • 4 Zest of lime
  • 12oz Whipped topping for garnish
  • 36oz Cool Whip or whipped cream

Directions

  1. In large mixing bowl empty entire bag of vanilla pudding.
  2. Add your key lime juice and zest of limes.
  3. Fold in your Cool Whip or whipped cream from scratch.
  4. Place mixture in to disposable pipping bag.
  5. In serving vessel place crushed graham crackers as the base and pipe the key lime pudding mixture on top and repeat.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and thin slice of lime.

Chef tips: Refrigerate the portioned parfait cups for 2 hours minimum before serving. It helps set the parfait. You can use Cool Whip or whip your own heavy whipping cream to fold into this.
