Directions
- In large mixing bowl empty entire bag of vanilla pudding.
- Add your key lime juice and zest of limes.
- Fold in your Cool Whip or whipped cream from scratch.
- Place mixture in to disposable pipping bag.
- In serving vessel place crushed graham crackers as the base and pipe the key lime pudding mixture on top and repeat.
- Garnish with whipped cream and thin slice of lime.
Chef tips: Refrigerate the portioned parfait cups for 2 hours minimum before serving. It helps set the parfait. You can use Cool Whip or whip your own heavy whipping cream to fold into this.
