During the manufacturing process, we eliminate potential food borne pathogens. We also minimize employee contact to ensure our environment remains sterile.
As part of this process, we rapidly heat and cool your beverage to keep it nutrient-rich, safe, and flavorful. After your products have been developed and tested, they are put into pre-sterilized packaging materials and sealed. This ensures beverages remain shelf-stable, delicious and safe.
Quality Assurance
Throughout a manufacturing or production run, our quality assurance team tests samples of your nutritional beverages to ensure your standards have been met. This ensures consistency from beverage to beverage.
Once your run is complete, our teams test all of your products for safety. We pride ourselves on providing this extra, reassuring step for our customers. If your product does not meet your standards, it will not be released.
